Steve Finds a Bottle

Steve gave us a bit of a scare this morning. He found a white bottle with pills which he took without checking what they were.

A colleague trained in CPR rescues Steve

He later cheekily told me he thought the pills were his breakfast. As punishment, I have taken his set of keys for the tractor and he's not allowed to climb any trees for a week...

Dinner & a Mini Tantrum

Steve is so predicable... we had dinner the other night and he went straight for the grass. You can't imagine his disappointment when he realised it wasn't his type of grass. A mini tantrum followed as he stormed out the door to go score...

Agnes seemed happy and calm for a change as she dug in to the Twisties (a favourite of the overlords).

Agnes & the Coffee Incident

The day started well. Both Agnes and Steve came in to work with me and were getting along. Steve passed out just before lunch time so nothing unusual there. Agnes on the other hand... kind of went on a rampage because her skinny decaf latte was the wrong temperature.

This used to be a tidy looking bookshop before the coffee incident...

The poor books stood no chance

Sneaky Steve

Steve usually likes to hang out with me 'cause I'm cooler and I let him get stoned. A couple of weeks ago he went to visit Kiki and she took him in to her work which meant she had to confiscate his pot. On leaving the room, Steve got her back by sculling her coffee. He was bouncing off the walls for the next hour.

Agnes Picks a Fight

Agnes came to work with me today and wasted no time picking a fight with a colleague...

Welcome to Dave and Friends!

Dave and friends would like to welcome you to their adventures blog!

They get up to a lot of cool stuff. They hike, take rides in cars, hit on strangers, go to restaurants, experiment with drugs, bitch about people and other super duper awesome stuff.

Sometimes they're naughty and get in trouble. Sometimes (read: rarely) they behave and make us proud. Mostly though, they have fun and we love them all equally.

For the time being, here is a sneak preview of Dave the Turtle, Steve the Sheep and Fran the Tiger enjoying the views of the Blue Mountains just west of Sydney this past weekend.
